My wife and I got tired of Osterman's policy of volume-based pricing ($6+/gallon) and low usage charges ($60+/year) and switched to Tank Farm. We waited several weeks for them to remove their tank. The lady I spoke to on the phone was really nice, and welcomed me to the neighborhood like an old friend. She sent a technician over within 3 days and explained their schedule to me, so I knew the days they are typically in my town in the future. That network will hopefully lower the price of propane for Osterman customers.
